Master Service Agreements Take Precedence: Commercial connectivity, Telco-as-a-Service (TaaS), 5G Private Networks, Business Internet, or roaming services purchased from BroadbandOne are governed exclusively by executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), or written customer contracts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial agreement, the signed commercial agreement will prevail.

2. Partner Portal and Account Security

Certain sections of the Site—including the Partner Portal—are restricted to authorized users and require the creation of an account or credentials.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately at info@broadbandone.com of any unauthorized access, breach of security, or misuse of your account.
Termination of Access: BroadbandOne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Partner Portal at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms company operations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all text, graphics, coverage maps, technical specs, spectrum data, logos, trademarks, images, audio clips, video, software, and design elements—are owned by BroadbandOne, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws.

Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site solely for internal business evaluation or informational purposes.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, data-mine, frame, or commercially exploit any material from this Site without explicit written consent from BroadbandOne.
