To support a smooth onboarding process and set clear expectations, BroadbandOne provides the following standard documents for partners and customers.
The SLA outlines BB1’s service standards that include connectivity engineered for 99.99% availability in all BB1 markets. Standards also include escalation, scheduled maintenance notifications and performance targets including 15-minute mean time to respond and 4-hour mean time to repair (MTTR) for covered equipment. It also summarizes how service credits are calculated when applicable.
The AUP Policy defines prohibited activity on the BB1 network, including illegal use, security violations (e.g., unauthorized access, scanning, interference) and unsolicited email/spam. It also explains BB1’s 95th percentile usage measurement approach and the options available if bandwidth usage exceeds contracted levels.
These documents are provided for transparency and are incorporated into applicable service agreements and order forms.
